Paying Your Rent

Notification of change of bank details

(Please note: This will only affect you if you currently pay your rent by standing order or bank Giro credit).

Local Space moved their banking relationship from NatWest Bank to Lloyds Bank with effect from 1 December 2014.

If you currently pay your rent by Direct Debit then you do not need to do anything as your payments will have been automatically transferred to the new account.

If you pay your rent by Standing Order, then you will need to amend the bank details either by informing your bank directly or using your online banking facilities. Please do this as soon as possible in order to prevent your payment not being received by us.

If you pay your rent by bank Giro credit, please ensure that you use the new bank details.
