Your home is in good hands. Axis is a family owned and run contractor that specialises in the repair and maintenance of social housing properties. Last year they completed over 250,000 repairs to ensure residents’ homes were kept safe and comfortable.

About your home repair service
Both Local Space and Axis are working hard to ensure this new contract transition is seamless and we don’t anticipate any disruption to the service you receive. The only thing you should notice is the service improvements.
Reporting a repair is as easy as before and the repairs call centre is still available 24 hours a day, seven days a week for your convenience.
